Through this declaration of compliance management, we pledge to establish a culture of fair and just transactions, become a model company for compliance culture within the industry, and make all decision-making decisions based on compliance management as the company's top priority.

Declaration of Human Rights

TFE grounds its management philosophy and corporate motto in five core virtues: 仁 (Human-Centered Management), 義 (Responsible and Ethical Management), 禮 (Enhancement of Social Value), 智 (Technological Excellence), and 信 (Management of Customer Trust). With the well-being of our members as our primary objective, we strive to play a pivotal role in creating happiness for all key stakeholders, including employees, customers, partners, shareholders, and society.

TFE supports and complies with international standards and guidelines, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGP), and the UN Global Compact (UNGC).

Through our Human Rights Management Policy, we fulfill our responsibility to respect the rights of not only TFE members but also our investors and external partners. We are committed to identifying and preventing human rights risks that may arise during our business activities, and we will continuously strive to mitigate potential risks inherent in the manufacturing industry and its diverse stakeholders.

TFE Human-Respecting Management (仁) Code of Conduct and Scope of Application

All members of TFE shall fulfill their responsibilities to implement Human-Respecting Management (仁) and shall adhere to TFE’s Basic Principles of Human Rights when dealing with stakeholders. Furthermore, they shall encourage all stakeholders to respect TFE’s Human-Respecting Management (仁). In the event that this Human-Respecting Management (仁) system conflicts with the laws of a local country, local laws shall be complied with first. Revisions and detailed policies may be established and utilized to reflect the laws and industry characteristics required by the relevant country.

Industrial Safety Assurance
TFE regularly inspects workplace facilities, equipment, and tools to ensure that members can work in a safe environment, and establishes support measures for follow-up management and appropriate actions aimed at preventing physical and mental risks.

Protection of Human Rights of Local Residents
Members of TFE shall take care to ensure that the human rights of local residents are not infringed upon during the performance of their duties, and shall protect the rights of local residents regarding safety and health and their freedom of residence.

Non-discrimination
TFE does not discriminate against any member regarding recruitment, hiring, compensation, etc., on the basis of gender, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, etc., without reasonable cause, and establishes an organizational culture that respects the diversity of its members.

Prohibition of Forced Labor
TFE does not compel members to perform labor against their free will through mental or physical restraint for the purpose of hiring and maintaining employment, and does not retain employees' personal documents as a condition of employment.

Prohibition of Child Labor
TFE prohibits, in principle, the employment of children as defined by national laws, and all customers and external suppliers doing business with TFE must also comply with this.

Compliance with Working Conditions
TFE determines regular working hours, overtime hours, rest periods, and holidays in compliance with international standards or the stricter of the labor laws of each country and region where the workplace is located.

Prohibition of Workplace Sexual Harassment and Bullying
TFE prohibits all acts that cause sexual humiliation, including sexual harassment and sexual violence, and prohibits all acts of bullying that inflict physical or mental suffering by exploiting a position of power or superiority within the workplace.
결사의 자유
Guarantee of Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining
TFE guarantees the freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining in accordance with labor laws of each country or region, and does not engage in disadvantageous treatment or discriminatory acts on the grounds of joining or participating in a labor union.

Partner Code of Conduct

TFE has established a Partner Code of Conduct based on RBA 8.0 standards to strengthen compliance management, which is the source of mutual cooperation and shared growth between our partners and the company.
